The Spirit of Santa Rosa

Landmarkded by the breathtaking "Laguna Azul"—a crater lake formed by collapsed volcanoes—the Ayarza region produces coffee as dramatic as its landscape. This lot is more than just a world-class brew; it represents the resilience of the women of Huehuetenango and Santa Rosa. Many of these producers are widows of civil conflict or heads of households who have maintained their farms through global coffee crises. Through centralised processing at the Covoya mill, these farmers receive a premium for their harvest, ensuring strict quality standards and a sustainable future for their families.
