Cultivated by smallholder farmers at staggering heights of up to 2,200 meters, these heirloom varieties represent the wild, diverse DNA of Arabica coffee. Sold through the Ethiopia Coffee Exchange (ECX), this selection ensures that the unique, tea-like elegance of Sidamo is preserved from the garden to your cup.
